Do you have a physical store?
We’re online-only. That lets us focus on fast shipping and a smooth online experience.
How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items have later ship dates listed on their product pages. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship together on the latest date unless you request split shipping (additional postage may apply).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you take custom or wholesale requests?

Sometimes! Email us with details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically packed within 2–4 business days. Most parcels arrive within 3–8 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and peak seasons may take longer.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes — you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If ATL is selected or provided by the courier, parcels may be left in a safe place. We aren’t liable for loss/theft after carrier delivery confirmation.

Products & Formats

What’s in a Founder Pack?

A curated bundle that may include a printed comic, digital access, lore cards, stickers, and a small collectible. Contents may vary by drop; see the product page for exact inclusions.

Are candles returnable?

Unused, unopened candles are returnable within 14 days (change of mind). Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., frosting) are normal for hand-poured items. If damaged in transit, email photos within 7 days and we’ll help under ACL.

How do digital issues work?

Digital issues are delivered via email with a download link after payment is confirmed. They’re non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or if the file is defective (we’ll replace it).

Do you sell limited editions?

Yes! Look for limited drops on the product page. These may have numbered prints, signatures, or exclusive extras.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Email info@whiskerversecomics.store within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and affected item(s).

Can I exchange an item?

For faster service, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the size/variant you want.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
